The four Samsung products that received Design Excellence awards included three Bespoke home appliances. The Bespoke Cube Air Purifier AX53, Bespoke Refrigerator, and Bespoke AirDresser all picked up the Good Design Award Gold Accolade. Samsung’s The Freestyle portable projector also won gold in the Product Design category at the 2022 Australian Good Design Awards, which are the highest honor for design and innovation in the country. This was the 64th edition of the annual awards that recognize “outstanding design and innovation that improves the lives of Australians”....

As the images suggest, it’s a pocket-sized drone with a handful of camera settings on top. Since it’s designed mainly for selfies, it can easily fit in the palm of your hand. Perhaps the best part about Pixy is that it doesn’t need a controller or an elaborate setup process. The onboard button/dial lets you pick one of the four preset flight paths. There’s a dedicated settings dial located in the center....

CNBC reported it this morning, and a SEC filing confirmed it just a little while later. The company said in the filing, “as negotiations progress we have increased our focus on the possibility of spinning our studio business, creating a number of financial and strategic benefits. In that regard, we are continuing productive negotiations with prospective strategic and financial partners on both sides of our business.” Lionsgate was planning to auction off a 20% stake in the spun-off STARZ....
