Both the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the Z Flip 5G feature a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 12-megapixel main shooter with an f/1.8 aperture and a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens with an f/2.2 aperture. The front-facing camera is a 10-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 aperture on both phones. But it turns out those aren’t the same sensors, at least not all of them. Max Weinbach of Android Police has discovered that while the specs match, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the Z Flip 5G are using different camera sensors on the back....

The folks at 9to5Google dug into the latest iteration of Google Play Services (version 22.15.14), finding some exciting strings within the code. Phrases like “Hello passkeys, goodbye passwords” can be found in the code, suggesting its imminent arrival. “Passkeys provide better protection than passwords, and they’re safely saved in your Google Account,” another string reads. Both Apple and Google will reportedly call their offerings passkeys. The ultimate goal of this standard is to eliminate the requirement to enter your password each time....
